Jennifer Wondracek

Capital University Law School

Jennifer Wondracek is the Director of the Law Library and a Professor of Legal Research and Writing at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. She has a BA and a BS from the College of Charleston, a JD from the University of North Carolina, and a MLIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Professor Wondracek began combining her technological knowledge with the practice of law at the University of Florida Legal Information Center in 2010, where she worked in several positions, most recently the Head of E-Services and Technology. While at UNT Dallas College of Law as the Director of Legal Educational Technology, Professor Wondracek took the lead on developing a Practice-Related Technology Requirement for J.D. candidates, the first in the United States. She also delved into the application of virtual reality and 360 photography within legal practice in that position. Professor Wondracek speaks frequently on legal technology topics at conferences and CLE sponsored by organizations such as the ABA, AALS, AALL, The Dallas Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. In 2021, Professor Wondracek was named an ABA LTRC Women of Legal Tech Honoree and a member of the Fastcase50.
