Richard D. Harvey currently holds a double appointment in both the Social Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology programs at Saint Louis University. He is the founder and director of the Collective Identity Lab. He has published research on a variety of topics including: Prejudice/Racism, Colorism, Collective Identity, and Performance Evaluation. He is a recipient of several teaching and mentoring awards. He has over 25+ years of management consulting experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Finally, he is the creator of the internationally known simulation Oppression Monopoly, which provides a fun but yet impactful learning experience in the systemic nature of oppression.
