Jayne focuses on projects at the intersection of ethics, professionalism, and innovation. Jayne R. Reardon provides ethics and regulatory advice to legal service providers and serves as a neutral in mediation and arbitration proceedings. A former commercial trial lawyer, Jayne sits on the national rosters of the American Arbitration Association for Commercial and Consumer Arbitration and is certified as a neutral in the Early Dispute Resolution process. Jayne draws on her extensive experience as former counsel to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission and former Executive Director of the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism as she writes, speaks, and consults frequently on lawyer ethics issues, professionalism, and effectiveness and efficiency in the legal system including legal regulatory reform. Jayne is active in numerous national, state, and local bar associations and committees. She has frequently been honored for her work, including receiving the American Bar Association’s 2023 Michael Franck Award for Professional Responsibility, 2021 Legal Rebels Award and the 2020 Women of Legal Tech Award.
