Greg Siskind is a founder of Siskind Susser, a national immigration firm based in Memphis. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Immigration and Nationality Law Committee. He has written seven books on immigration law topics including the new AILA Practice and Procedure Manual (the “Cookbook”). In 1994, he created the first immigration law web site and in 1998 he created the world’s first law blog.
Today, he’s creating artificial intelligence-based web applications for immigration lawyers with Visalaw.ai, a company spun off from his law firm. In 2020, he was awarded the Advocacy Award by AILA and in 2022, he was awarded the ABA’s James E. Keane Award for e-Lawyering as well as the AILA 2022 Litigation Award. He is also a co-founder of IMMpact Litigation, a joint venture of four law fims filing mass immigration cases.
