Robert graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he focused his time in business law and in legal clinics assisting startups with varied interests and needs. Prior to law school, Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University, with a minor in Russian Studies.

Robert’s understanding and expertise with corporate formalities extends to his personal life, where he serves on the Board of Directors for Brighter Tomorrows, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides assistance and resources to victims of domestic violence. In this capacity, Robert helps guide the strategic vision of the organization and ensures it is effectively serving those in need.

As head of the transactional group at The Law Office of Alexander Paykin, P.C., in New York, NY, Robert handles a range of business and real estate matters for the firm’s clients. Robert also works on many litigation cases, including landlord & tenant matters, foreclosures, partnership or other business disputes and complex commercial litigation. In both capacities, Robert leverages the latest technology to optimize operations and maximize efficiency, while also relying on technology to help prevent mistakes and improve work quality.

With experience in both transactional and litigation matters, Robert has a robust understanding of many facets of the law and technology’s massive impacts on law practice today.
