The first hour following a data breach is known as the “upchuck” hour. How do you deal with all of the required activities following a breach? This session will dive into the nuts and bolts of how to deal with a data breach. We will discuss topics such as preservation, forensic investigation and analysis, notifications, remediation of the problems, data breach law notifications and credit monitoring, public relations damage control, and legal issues in the context of a law firm or client data breach.
