Alexandria (Lexi) Lutz is Senior Corporate Counsel at Nordstrom, advising on legal aspects of privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence (AI). She is dedicated to ensuring proper data management while leveraging data to achieve business goals in compliance with legal standards. Prior to her current role, Lexi gained extensive experience working in-house at a national hotel chain and an international food services company. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the United States (CIPP/US) and Europe (CIPP/EU), as well as a Certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) by the IAPP. Lexi serves on leadership in the American Bar Association, IAPP Charlotte KnowledgeNet, and the American Heart Association of Greater Charlotte. Additionally, Lexi is a published author of “All Mixed Up: Discovering the Beauty in Racial Ambiguity”, which explores mixed-race identity.
