Cynthia currently serves as the Regional Administrative Manager for Offit Kurman, an esteemed Amlaw 200 law firm.

She holds prestigious certifications as a Six Sigma Champion, boasting both white and green belts, and frequently lends her expertise as an interim law firm CFO/COO. Moreover, she passionately coaches lawyers in the art of building and nurturing sustainable law firms.
