With an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the law firm management.

She holds prestigious certifications as a Six Sigma Champion, boasting both white and green belts, and frequently lends her expertise as an interim law firm CFO/COO. Moreover, she passionately coaches’ lawyers in the art of building and nurturing sustainable law firms.

Cynthia is celebrated as the co-author of the American Bar Association’s best-selling book, “Law Office Policies, Procedures, and Operations Manual,” now in its 7th edition (ABA 2022). She held pivotal roles as the 2024 Chair of the ABA TECHSHOW, as well as the former associate editor of ABA’s Law Practice Division Law Practice magazine and as the vice chair of the ABA LP Lawyer Leadership and Management Committee. Cynthia has been a trailblazer in creating the ABA LP Lawyer Leadership Mastermind Series and Resource Center. Additionally, and she actively serves as a board member on the ALA Professional Development Advisory Committee as well as the Vice President and Magazine Editor of the ALA Greater Los Angeles chapter.
