Emily M. Wajert is an Employment associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Emily represents employers in a variety of employment-related claims and disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, restrictive covenants and bonus claims. Emily also assists clients on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, in internal investigations, and in the drafting and implementation of employment policies, agreements and training programs. Emily is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she received the M.H. Goldstein Award for highest grade in an employment law course.
