Mitch Zoll is the Founder and Principal Attorney at Zoll Firm, PLLC, where he provides strategic legal counsel to small and medium-sized businesses at every stage of their growth—from startup to sale. As a solo attorney, he leverages technology and process automation to deliver efficient, practical legal solutions that meet the needs of his clients.

Mitch’s career began at Accenture, where he worked as a strategic and business process consultant. There, he developed expertise in business process redesign and technology integration, helping clients improve market penetration, customer engagement, efficiency, and profitability. These skills continue to shape his approach to legal practice, where he combines a focus on process and operations with the technology that supports delivery of legal services.

In addition to his work with the Zoll Firm, Mitch serves as the Treasurer of the Computer & Technology Section of the State Bar of Texas and chairs the Section’s Tech Competence in Practice Working Group. In this role, he helps develop continuing legal education programs and resources that focus on enhancing the technological proficiency of Texas attorneys.

Mitch has presented legal technology and tech competency topics to local bar associations, the State Bar of Texas, and for coaching programs across the country. His topics range from basic legal technology competency to best practices for modern lawyering, offering actionable insights for attorneys at all stages of their careers.

Mitch has been named to the Austin Monthly Magazine list of Top Austin Attorneys in the Business Law category for 2023 and 2024, has been recognized by Best Lawyers® in America since 2002, and was inducted as a Texas Bar Foundation Life Fellow in 2013.
